The two-approach job search guide (2ajobguide.com) is a product of E&R InterConsult Inc., a consulting firm specialized in translations of scientific documents and environmental, quality and safety management. We are an international multilingual and multidisciplinary team with offices in the US and the headquarter in Bolivia, South America.
Anyone who hopes to develop his career despite frequent relocations must be flexible, patient, inventive and proactive. A portable career often requires a modification if it is to suit each location. The tools we need to be able to reinvent ourselves are available to all of us. The team members involved in the 2ajobguide project have all created their own portable careers, live their dream and have seen success not only for themselves, but for all the persons they have inspired along the way.
As a company with headquarter in a third-world country like Bolivia, the Internet is essential to search new projects and clients in the rest of the world. Based on this experience we were looking for a more efficient approach to use the Internet as we found that jobseekers are increasingly losing their time because of the lack of a well-organized job search guide. Among the thousands of Job Search Engines and Career Centers on the Internet, very few offer a website that provides orientation instead of confusion. Most of the “services” just want to sell their products instead of giving support and orientation to jobseekers. The result of our affords is the two-approach job search guide, which intends to give people a tool in their hands that is more effective and easy to use than other job search and career assessment tools in the Internet.
